How this website works, what it collects, and how AppointmentsSet handles business-contact information when it runs outreach for clients. Last updated 7 November 2026.

Who we are

AppointmentsSet operates this website and the appointment-setting service it describes. Privacy questions and requests go to hello@appointmentsset.com.

This website

The site is static. It has no contact form, no user accounts and sets no cookies of its own. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability, under its own retention policy.

Pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. When the font is requested, your browser sends your IP address to Google. Google's handling of that request is described in Google's privacy policy.

No analytics run by default. If we enable analytics, we will use a cookieless, aggregate-only service (Plausible) and update this page to say so.

If you contact us or book a call

If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond and follow up. If a booking link is offered, the booking provider collects the details needed to schedule the meeting under its own privacy notice.

Outreach we run for clients

For client engagements we contact people in business roles at companies that match a client's agreed target profile. We use business-contact information (name, role, employer, business email, public professional profile) from licensed data providers and public professional sources. We rely on legitimate interest for business-to-business contact where the law allows it, and on consent where it requires it. Each client's exclusion and suppression lists are applied before outreach begins.

Every message identifies the sender and includes a way to opt out. Opt-out requests are honoured promptly and in any case within ten business days, and the address is added to a suppression list so it is not contacted again on behalf of the same client.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to its processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to hello@appointmentsset.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
