OPERATING STANDARD

Meeting Standard v1

The qualification and acceptance standard proposed for founding pilot engagements. Final criteria are agreed in writing before outreach begins.

This is an operating framework, not evidence of historical results or a guarantee of meeting volume. The signed client agreement governs each engagement.

1. ICP fit

A meeting is eligible only if the prospect's company meets the agreed firmographic, geography, segment and exclusion criteria documented at kickoff.

2. Role and buying relevance

The attendee must occupy an agreed decision-making, budget-owning, or meaningful evaluation role, and have a documented business reason for the conversation. Merely accepting a calendar invitation does not establish qualification.

3. Attendance

Only conversations actually attended by the prospect and the client's designated seller count as attended meetings. If a prospect does not attend, the team attempts one reasonable reschedule without treating the no-show as a completed qualified meeting.

4. No duplicate opportunities

Exclude open opportunities, current customers and known active conversations identified by the client during suppression-list review, unless an explicit exception is approved.

5. Seller feedback

The assigned seller has two business days after a completed meeting to confirm fit or flag a documented exception against the agreed criteria. Disputed meetings are reviewed jointly using available CRM and scheduling evidence.

6. Handoff and reporting

The handoff should include prospect identity, company, role, reason for the meeting, conversation context, scheduling status and next step. Fields and CRM objects are specified during onboarding.

7. Approval and compliance

The client approves initial targeting and messaging. Contact suppression, opt-outs, and applicable email and privacy compliance responsibilities must be documented before campaigns launch.
