Founding Pilot Terms
A transparent starting point for a 90-day done-for-you outbound pilot. Scope, pricing and legal terms are confirmed in an executed agreement.
Scope
- Initial ICP, account and role definition, and suppression-list alignment.
- Prospect research, managed outbound execution and approved-message workflow.
- Meeting qualification, calendar coordination, handoffs and recurring reporting.
- Mutually agreed exclusions, territories, channels and CRM responsibilities.
Duration and fees
A 90-day founding pilot is the suggested starting term. A monthly retainer, payment timing, and any introductory concession are presented in the proposal and signed agreement; the website does not quote a universal price or promise a minimum meeting count.
Review and exit
A day-45 review examines leading indicators agreed at kickoff (for example data coverage, outreach quality, responses and conversation progression). Any early-exit right, notice requirements, and payment obligations must be written into the signed pilot agreement.
Meeting definition
Use Meeting Standard v1 as the starting point. Client-specific acceptance and dispute rules control the engagement.
Human oversight
The client approves foundational positioning and initial outreach. AI may support research and drafting, while outreach decisions, escalation and meeting qualification follow an agreed human-review process.
Client responsibilities
Provide approved messaging, ICP and exclusion criteria, designated seller calendars, responsive qualification feedback, and required CRM or data access under mutually agreed security terms.
